TRITOP is an optical coordinate measuring machine. TRITOP is used to predefine the reference markers on large or complex objects to support high accuracy digitizing using the ATOS 3D digitizer. Using TRITOP, objects of up to some 20 m can be measured, depending on the measuring task.

TRITOP Specifications
Resolution: up to 12 million pixels
Measuring Area: 0.1 x 0.1 to >> 10 x 10 m2 – 4 x 4 to >> 400 x 400 inch2
Calibration: Self-calibrating
Certification: according to VDI 2634/1
ATOS is the high-end 3D Digitizer. This flexible optical measuring machine is based on the principle of triangulation. Projected fringe patterns are observed with two cameras. 3D coordinates for each camera pixel are calculated with high precision, a polygon mesh of the object’s surface is generated. 3D digitizing with the mobile ATOS system delivers for all object sizes and complexities.
The high performance, enormous detail resolution and broad selection of measuring areas allow for efficient and precise data gathering.
